Striker who made 68 appearances with the Greek national team, and later became president of PAOK FC.
He spent the early part of his career with the Thracian club Skoda Xanthi, from 1991 until 1996.
He started out as Technical Director for PAOK FC in January, 2008, then became Chairman in October, 2009.
His family was residing in Kavala when he was born.
He played alongside Akis Zikos on the Greek national team.
