Left-handed rhythm guitarist of the hard rock band Avenged Sevenfold. He also played with the crust punk band Society Down.
He was in a band called Mad Porno Action (MPA) before making it with Avenged Sevenfold.
He taught himself to play guitar at the age of thirteen and was formerly was in the punk band MPA.
He comes from a German and Italian family. He married Meaghan Elizabeth and he has a son named Tennessee James Baker.
His metal and rock style is similar to that of James Hetfield of Metallica.
