She studied at the Seoul School of Performing Arts and trained for eight months before joining April.
In 2017 she was picked to be the MC for the EBS show Operation to Rescue the Song.
She has one sister and one brother.
She collaborated with B1A4 on "Fingertips Love," featuring singer Cnu.
