Former lead singer of the Chinese rock band The Flowers. Along with musical career, he has also worked as a television host and an actor. In 2016, he began co-hosting on the Chinese talk show Day Day Up.
He began his professional singing career in 1998.
His group, The Flowers, has been regarded by some as China's first teenage band.
He is a native of Beijing, China.
He credits Green Day, a band fronted by Billie Joe Armstrong, for being an early musical influence.
