William R. Pogue
Astronaut
Astronaut and author who piloted the Skylab 4 mission for NASA and spent over 84 days in space.
He received his Master's degree in mathematics from Oklahoma State University and his Bachelor's degree in education from Oklahoma Baptist University.
He was an instructor at the Air Force Aerospace Research Pilot School and a Colonel in the United States Air Force.
He married and had three kids.
Kathryn D. Sullivan was also a NASA astronaut.
