Jewish-American rapper and member of the group Non Phixion,, who goes by the stage name Ill Bill.
He lived in Brooklyn and loved going to underground rap clubs.
He is the producer, founder, and CEO of Uncle Howie Records, which he named after his uncle, Howard "Howie" Tenenbaum.
His brother Ron is also a rapper and producer, known as Necro.
He has worked with Paul Wall.
