Spin-off/tie-in to the series On Cinema at the Cinema which featured a spoof of action films with intentionally bad production for comedic effect. In the show, Special Agent Jack Decker attempts to stop terror attacks before they occur.

The series was initially a YouTube and Adultswim.com series. The fourth season premiered in June of 2016 on Adult Swim. It was created by Tim Heidecker and Gregg Turkington.
