Vinnie Caruana
Punk Singer
Vocalist for the Long Island pop-punk band The Movielife until their 2003 breakup. He later fronted the melodic hardcore band, I Am the Avalanche.
He formed The Movielife with a bassist, two guitarists, and a drummer in 1997. They released two full-length albums and two EPs with them.
In a tribute to both his bands, he tattooed IATA on his wrist and The Movielife's logo, a bumblebee, on his arm.
He grew up around New York.
He was a big fan of the Liverpool football club and their manager, Brendan Rodgers.
