Versatile attacking midfielder and striker who won the Supercopa do Brasil and Campeonato Carioca in 2020 with Brazilian Serie A club Flamengo. In 2019, he helped the club finish as the FIFA Club World Cup runners-up.
He began his youth soccer career with Audax Rio between 2007 and 2010. He transferred to Botafogo in 2010.
He won the Russian Premier League with CSKA Moscow in 2014. He won two straight Campeonato Carioca titles in 2019 and 2020 with Flamengo.
