Canadian actress who is best recognized for her recurring television roles. She is known for having played Prisha Dhar in the Netflix series Lost in Space and for having appeared in episodes of Arrow, The Whispers, and Supernatural.
She earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta and her minor in drama. She then went on to attend the Vancouver Film School. Her primetime television debut came in 2010 when she appeared on an episode of Fringe.
She is also known for being a practitioner of Moksha hot yoga.
She married Devin Downton in August of 2009 and shared a photo of her mother, father, and two children through Instagram in December of 2019.
She shared a photo with Tae Bo Master Billy Blanks at the Vancouver Convention Center through her Instagram in November of 2018.
