Best known as the Crafty Gemini, she is a former law professor who chose to pursue a YouTube career instead. She posts instructional videos, teaching viewers how to do everything from sewing and quilting to organic gardening and canning.
She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Anthropology and Juris Doctor.
She was nominated as a Teacher of the Year by the International Association of Professional Quilters in 2012.
She was born in Queens and grew up in Miami, Florida with her mother and three sisters. She would later reside in Gainesville, Florida with her husband, two kids, and a bunch of farm animals.
She and Tamisha Ridge have both gained followings for their sewing and DIY YouTube channels.
