Former NFL safety who played two season with the New York Giants, winning Super Bowl XLVI in 2011. He died of a drug overdose in 2015 and was posthumously diagnosed with CTE.
He was a standout safety at the University of Iowa, recording 13 interceptions in his college career.
He was a sixth round pick of the Giants in 2011. He set the Iowa school record for interception return yards.
He was born to Barney and Mike Sash and grew up with siblings Josh and Megan.
He was teammates with Eli Manning during his time on the Giants.
