He has operated his own self-titled Tyler Manfre YouTube channel. He has also earned more than 50,000 followers to his TylerManfre Instagram account.
His mother is known as Mama Manfs. He is four years younger than his brother Mikey Manfs.
He appeared in JonMarco Gaydos' YouTube video "KISSING RANDOM GIRLS CHALLENGE" alongside his brother and Jake Dufner.
