She had one of her earliest hits with the 1963 song My Boyfriend's Coming Home for Christmas which reached #22 on Billboard's Best Bets For Christmas survey.
She studied piano at the Julliard School of Music.
She married record producer Chips Moman.
She toured with Tony Orlando as a vocalist and keyboardist in 2007.
