His ring names have included Demarso Whitney, Dr. Thomas, Prodigy, Thomas Penmanship, Tommaso Ciampa, Tommy Penmanship and Thomas Whitney, ESQ. He previously managed a fitness studio.
He married former professional wrestler Jessie Ward.
He has defeated Adam Cole in the Ring of Honor event.
