He and his two brothers John and Robin make up the individual letters of the Swedish boy band JTR. The group made their debut on the fifth season of The X Factor Australia and have since released their debut album Touchdown.
JTR auditioned for The X Factor Australia with the Justin Bieber single "As Long as You Love Me."
In 2014, JTR released the non-album single "Night for Life."
He and his brothers are native Swedes but have also lived in Australia.
JTR competed against Melodifestivalen 2015 winner Mans Zelmerlow in an attempt to represent Sweden at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest.
