Retired power forward most their for his days with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Phoenix Suns. He made his only All-Star Game appearance in 1997 while playing for the Timberwolves.
He attended North Carolina State University for five years, where he received First Team All-ACC honors in 1992.
He won gold at the FIBA Americas Championship representing the United States in 1999.
He married and had children with a woman named Nikki, whom he met at North Carolina State.
He was teammates with a young Kevin Garnett during his years in Minnesota.
