South African cricketer who has risen to fame playing right-handed batsman for Surrey and the Kolkata Knight Riders. He has also represented England in the One Day International and the tour of the West Indies.
He grew up in Zimbabwe and attended Springvale House and St. George's College in Harare before moving to England to attend Hilton College and finally Wellington College to play Cricket.
He won the Cricket Writers' Club Young Cricketer of the Year award in 2015.
His son is former cricket player, Kevin Curran, and his brothers Ben and Sam are also cricket players.
