She began her singing career on public television and at the age of 17 went on to represent Indonesia at the Miss World pageant. She also gained experience acting and singing in a variety of different films.
She is known for having earned representation from a variety of different record labels including Granada Records and Music Factory Indonesia. She was also a member of the collective act 3 Diva.
She was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. She has four children.
