Attacking midfielder and winger who played for Chelsea of the English Premier League from 2012-2015; he made his international debut for Belgium in 2013. He signed with Monchengladbach in 2015.
From 1998-2003, he played youth soccer for Royal Stade Brainois.
Prior to his career at Chelsea, he played for Lens in 2011-2012.
His brother Eden is also a professional soccer player. He also has younger brothers, Kylian and Ethan.
He and midfielder Dennis Praet played together on Belgium's under-21 team in 2012.
