Award-winning writer of young adult fiction. His best-known works include How to Eat Fried Worms, How to Fight a Girl, and Squawwwk!
He studied at Princeton University before ultimately graduating from Bard College.
He received both the Sequoyah Book Award and the California Young Reader Medal.
He grew up in Vermont and later settled in New York. His father was renowned American artist Norman Rockwell.
He was a recipient of the prestigious Mark Twain Award.
