Thomas W. Miller

Politician, businessman, and member of the Republican Party who served as a U.S. Representative from Delaware from 1915 until 1917. He served 18 months in prison for conspiring to defraud the U.S. government.
He graduated from Yale University in 1908 and worked for the Bethlehem Steel Company from 1908-1909.
He served in World War I after being a congressman.
His father was Governor Charles R. Miller.
He served as Governor when President Woodrow Wilson was in office.
