Theron Humphrey

American photographer who is best known for having been named National Geographic's Traveler of the Year award in 2012. His work has been featured in a number of publications including People Magazine, National Geographic, and the Huffington Post.
He studied photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia.
He founded the This Wild Idea project.
He is originally from Tennessee.
His dog Maddie became an Instagram celebrity and was photographed with colleague Paul Octavious.
