Her parents were married in 1999, five years following her father's divorce from his first wife, Rochelle Parker.
In 2015, her mother celebrated her birthday by posting a baby photo of her to Instagram with the caption "Happy birthday Talula Fyfe Dempsey!"
Her mother, Jillian Dempsey, is a hairstylist and makeup artist. She has two younger twin brothers, Sullivan and Darby.
Her father starred opposite Ellen Pompeo in the hit prime time drama Grey's Anatomy.
