She earned a degree in electronic engineering. She chose to move to London following her schooling, and began performing in children's theater.
She provided a Hindi language dub as Tamara Taylor's lead character, Deloris Allen, for the 2020 Netflix original series October Faction. She also starred in the 2016 film The Other Side of the Door.
She has a daughter named Annika with her husband, Lars.
She provided the dub for Maggie Gyllenhaal's character Rachel Dawes in the hit 2008 film The Dark Knight.
