Though best known as the screenwriter and star of YouTube film Ashens and the Quest for the GameChild, this English entertainer also created a BBC Online series called Ashen's Tech Dump and acted in online comedy shows such as The Proxy and Back Space.
He launched his Ashens YouTube channel in early 2006.
In 2012, he wrote and published Fifty-Thousand Shades of Grey, a parody of the bestselling romance novel Fifty Shades of Grey.
He grew up in Norwich, Norfolk, England. He has tweeted about his girlfriend.
He and Emma Blackery starred in a 2013 YouTube sequel to a 1980s and '90s British children's television series called Knightmare. He has also collaborated with many British YouTubers, including PJ Liguori, Dan Howell, and Phil Lester.
