Left wing who debuted in the NHL for the New Jersey Devils in 1995, known for his small stature and speed.
He played for the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds in the Ontario Hockey League from 1992 to 1994.
His first taste of NHL playoff hockey came during the 1998-99 season with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
He raised three sons and a daughter.
He was signed by the Phoenix Coyotes in 2012 to replace Ray Whitney, who signed with the Dallas Stars.
