She has more than 1 million followers on her steficohen Instagram account. Her personal bests are 544-pound deadlift, 463-pound squat and 253-pound chest, and she has set 25 world records.
She played in Division One of NCAA Soccer for San Diego State from 2009 to 2010. She also played soccer for the Venezuelan national team for five years.
Her heaviest lift was a 501-pound deadlift at a bodyweight of 121 pounds and a height of 5 feet tall. She is a doctor or physical therapy, and founded the Hybrid Performance method. She has released a book titled Back In Motion.
Her boyfriend's name is Hayden Bowe. She has two dogs named Dexter and Riley.
