Germanic emperor and Holy Roman Emperor from 1433 to 1437. He was a driving force behind the Council of Constance that ended the Papal Schism, but which also led to the Hussite Wars in the 15th century.
After his father's death, he became the Margrave of Brandenburg and was sent to the Hungarian court to learn their way of life.
He was the last Emperor of the House of Luxembourg and Holy Roman Emperor for four years, as well as the King of Bohemia, Croatia, and Hungary.
His father was Holy Roman Emperor Charles IV.
While he was a prominent Germanic emperor, Napoleon Bonaparte was a powerful French emperor.
