Korean pop star who debuted as a member of the boyband Cross Gene in 2012. He is also a successful actor, having landed roles in films like The Way (2017) and in series like The Legend of the Blue Sea.
He attended the Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts in Anseong, South Korea.
He won a Korean Hallyu Award for Best Rookie Actor for his performance on the romantic comedy series Big.
His parents are both public service workers. He is an only child.
He has shared the stage with Takuya Terada as a member of Cross Gene.
