Shigesato Itoi
Game Designer
Game designer and writer known for his work on the first three Earthbound games. He's also known for his website Hobo Nikkan Itoi Shinbun.
He provided the role of Tatsuo Kusakabe in the 1988 movie My Neighbor Totoro. He founded Hobo Nikkan Itoi Shinbun in 1998.
He's appeared on episodes on of Iron Chef and Hey! Spring of Trivia. He also made a bass fishing game called Itoi Shigesato no Bass Tsuri No. 1.
He married Kanako Higuchi in 1993.
He and Haruki Murakami worked together on the book Yume de aimashou.
