Shea Couleé

Jaren Merrell, or as she is more widely known, Shea Couleé, is a drag queen who first became known for competing on the ninth season of RuPaul's Drag Race. She then went on to win season 5 of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars.
She studied costume design at Columbia College of Art and worked at Broadway Costume before becoming a full time drag entertainer.
She wrote, directed, and produced the short film Lipstick City about her drag persona Shea Coulee's backstory.
Her father Will passed away in January 2017.
Both she and Charlie Hides were competitors on the ninth season of Drag Race.
