Running back who was drafted by the New England Patriots in 2011 out of the University of California, Berkeley. He helped the Patriots win Super Bowl XLIX, then signed with the New York Giants prior to the 2015 season.
Taking over the primary running back duties late in 2009, he helped Cal upset the Stanford Cardinals, and finished with 950 rushing yards.
He was a big part of the Patriots' 2012 playoff win against Houston Texas: he scored two TD's and caught five passes for 83 yards.
He was born in Valencia, California.
He eventually took over for Jahvid Best as Cal's go-to rusher.
