She began her stint in media in 2008. Her first ever job was as a Bollywood reporter in Mumbai. She went on to join India Today and the TV Today Network, working with them as a writer and lifestyle journalist and anchor for six years.
She turned from journalist to blogger in 2016 when she created TalkSassy. Her talksassy Instagram account has 230,000 followers.
She married an investment banker. She has a younger sibling who became a clinical psychologist.
She and Shraddha Gurung are both Indian beauty bloggers.
