She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Rutgers University.
Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2013, she became a bilingual actress. She is of Nicaraguan descent.
She was born in Engelwood, New Jersey.
She danced alongside Wisin at the Latin Grammy Awards in 2016.
