Timurid ruler of the eastern portion of his father's empire from 1404 to 1447. His father was a warlord named Timur who founded the Central Asian Timurid dynasty in the 1400s.
He was able to take control of his father's empire, which controlled trade routes between between the East and the West, including the legendary Silk Road.
He was the fourth and youngest son of Timur.
His wife was Gowwhar Shād, and they had five sons.
He was an ancient ruler like Nero.
