Sean Mackin
Violinist
Best known as the violinist and backing vocalist for the rock band Yellowcard. He joined the band upon its initial formation in 1997.
He graduated from Florida State University with a degree in electrical engineering and international business. He also joined the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity during his time at Florida State.
In 2003, he and his Yellowcard bandmates released the album Ocean Avenue, which charted at #1 on the Billboard 200. In March 2011, he toured Europe with his bandmates alongside the pop punk band All Time Low.
He was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida.
He has performed alongside Ryan Key as an original member of Yellowcard.
