Famous for his Daytime Emmy-nominated performance as Shawn Butler on the ABC soap opera General Hospital, he is also notable for his appearances on Days of Our Lives, ER, and The Young and the Restless.
Early in his career, he appeared in a television movie titled Playing with Fire.
He played a Klingon in the 2013 film Star Trek Into Darkness.
He and his brother Ronnell and sisters Rechelle, Sharon, Yvette, Kim, and Yvonne grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He and Nadyia Jones began their marriage in 2010.
While on General Hospital, he shared scenes with Haley Pullos.
