Historically black public university with satellite campuses located in Wilmington and Georgetown, also in Delaware. It is also a land-grant university. 

Trivia

At the time it was founded, the school was called Delaware College for Colored Students for a few years to follow before being called State College for Colored Students from 1893 to 1947.
