American actress who had recurring roles on such television series as Breaking Fat and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She is most known perhaps for playing the character, Millie Kentner in the short-lived, but much-loved TV series Freaks and Geeks (1999-2000).
She appeared in the feature film, Faith, when she was just thirteen years old.
Her television credits include guest spots on NCIS and Grey's Anatomy.
She grew up in Texas, where her mother encouraged her to pursue performance opportunities with such companies as the Houston Grand Opera and Playhouse 1960.
She made her television debut in a 1999 episode of Ally McBeal, a popular series that starred Calista Flockhart.
