She attended the University of Miami where she received a bachelor's degree in communications.
In 2005 she co-founded a jewelry company named Lovechild.
She was married to Oliver Pocher from 2010 to 2013 and the couple gave birth to three children.
In April 2016 she posted a photo with actor Arnold Schwarzenegger to her ameyerw Instagram account.
