Sami Beigi

Nominated for three World Music Awards in 2014, this Persian singer, songwriter, and guitarist is notable for his popular singles "Ey Joonam," "HMG," "In Eshghe," and "Kaghaz va Ghalam," as well as for his membership in the Iranian music group Black Cats.
One of his early hits with Black Cats was the song "Are Manam Dooset Daram."
He established a significant presence on social media, accumulating 15,000 Twitter followers and 1.5 million Facebook likes in a short period of time.
Born Saman Beigi Astaneh, he spent his early days in Iran, Sweden, and the United Arab Emirates and later relocated to California, U.S.A.
He is a contemporary of fellow popular Iranian singer Mohsen Yeganeh.
