Actor who appeared in nearly 70 films and played the role of Dan Fusco in the hit 1977 film, Saturday Night Fever. He also played Vladimir in the Beckett play, Waiting for Godot.
He was born in Jersey City.
After carving out a career in theater and in films such as Serpico and Fatal Attraction, he had a small but memorable role on the HBO series The Sopranos.
He had a son and a daughter with his wife, Helen.
Contrary to popular belief, he has no relation to the acclaimed director Francis Coppola.
