Born Ryan Parmeter but known by the ring name Conor O'Brian, he is signed by WWE under the name Konnor as part of the tag team The Ascension.
He spent 4 years on the independent circuit with the ring name Ryan Payne O'Reilly before signing his WWE contract in 2005.
He and his Ascension tag team partner Rick Victor have a finishing move called Fall of Man which consists of a legsweep by Konnow and a flying European uppercut by Victor.
He met Kristin Eubanks in 2006 and they married in June of 2013.
He previously wrestled as a tag team partner with Kenneth Cameron.
