He attended Chapman University where he studied narrative television. He had an internship with Sony Pictures and Viacom.
He first began working with BuzzFeed in 2014 as a video intern. He was then a video fellow before reaching producer status. He posted a video of himself proposing to his girlfriend on his Instagram page and the video has received over 180 thousand hearts.
He began a relationship with Helen Pan. He later became engaged to Marielle Scott.
He and Shane Madej host Buzzfeed Unsolved on YouTube.
