He had a recurring role as an antagonist on the hit show NCIS during the first and second seasons. He has also appeared on shows such as Judging Amy, Crossing Jordan, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
He was born in West Berlin. He married Katherin LaPlant and together they had one child.
He appeared with Sarah Michelle Gellar on All My Children and in the fifth season premiere of Buffy the Vampire Slayer (as the intheir Count Dracula).
