He was born in Chibo Chibo in Panama City.
He started his sports journalism career in 2004 at W Radio Panama and moved to television in 2008 at RPC TV.
He became a father in 2015 after the birth of his daughter Victoria Sofia Vargas Garcia.
Siria Miranda is another prominent journalist from Panama.
