He broke several records while playing wide receiver for the University of the Pacific.
He also served as the quarterback coach for the Buccaneers, the Colts, and the Bears.
He had four children named Morgan, Cameron, Cally and Madison, with his wife Wendy and he is the brother of NFL coach
He was Reggie Wayne's wide receiver coach during the 2010 season.
