Former NFL quarterback who played for the Rams, Eagles, Dolphins and Chiefs in his 13-year career. He became a football analyst on ESPN after retirement.
He was drafted 37th overall by the L.A. Rams in 1973, after a successful college career at Youngstown State University.
He had his best season in 1980, when he led the Eagles to a Super Bowl and was named to his only Pro Bowl.
He raised three children with longtime wife Liz Jaworski.
He spent the last two years of his career as Dan Marino 's back up on the Miami Dolphins.
