Roman Tam

Cantopop singer better known as Lo Man. He rose to fame in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, and Taiwan during the 1960s and '70s and released numerous hit songs over the course of his thirty-year career.
After emigrating from China to Hong Kong in the early 1960s, he founded a band called Roman and the Four Steps.
He and his close friend Jenny Tseng recorded numerous duets that were included on the soundtrack of a television series called Legend of Condor Heroes.
He was born in Baise, Guangxi, China. He died of liver cancer at the age of fifty-seven.
He was a contemporary of fellow Cantopop singer Samuel Hui.
